Dessert. Wow. A new classic is born in the pumpkin cheesecake with the sour cream-bourbon topping. Not too dense, not too sweet, strikingly Neapolitan in profile. Who wouldn't buy a sweater set from J. Crew in those colors? A worthy closing act. Whew, I'm stuffed. But let's do it again next year.
